Has your order not been shipped yet? You can change the delivery address by sending us an email to info@gilmanstore.com. If your order has already been shipped, please check with dhl and dpd via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation whether redirection is possible.

Lost or delayed orders:

If your order still hasn’t arrived after 20 days, please contact us. We will then initiate an investigation with dhl and dpd.

We treat Mother Earth carefully and minimize the use of plastic. We eliminate the use of plastic spouts in our bottles and encourage our customers to reuse the spouts on their next purchase.

Returns:
